We have two investment strategies:
Business acquisitions
We acquire businesses that are stable, cash generative and with a specialism. Our focus has been manufacturing, engineering and technical service businesses. We particularly like long-term customer relationships: repeat customers who come back year-after-year.
Strategic investments
We invest in businesses going through a transition, whether that be supporting a management team to buy the business from existing shareholders, cashing out existing shareholders, or providing specialist capital to meet the needs of the business.
